Here are the terms and conditions adjusted to be applicable outside of Israel:

Store Terms and Conditions

1. You are requested to read these terms and conditions in full and carefully, as a precondition for the engagement between the parties.

2. The store serves for the purchase of products by the public browsing the Internet, and only those aged 18 and over with a valid email address and residential address, who possess a valid payment method, are permitted to make purchases.

3. A precondition for the validity of a participant's purchase is the approval of the transaction and collection by the payment processor.

4. Browsing the store and/or purchasing the products or services offered for sale therein constitutes your consent to receive and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. Therefore, if you do not agree to any of the terms of these terms and conditions, you are requested not to make any use of the store.

5. The price includes all applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Regular Purchase

In a regular sale, a limited quantity of products is offered for sale at a fixed predetermined price. The sales process will be carried out under the following conditions:

1. The store will display a list of products including all details about the product or service offered for sale and the predetermined price. The sale is until stock runs out.  

2. After adding the desired products to the "shopping cart", the buyer will proceed to the "shopping cart" page to "confirm purchase" and fill in their full details, after which the online purchase process will be completed.

3. Completion of the sales process will take place after verifying the transaction within 24 hours (of a business day) from the time the order was placed. The customer may be contacted back to provide payment details and verify that the desired product is in stock and the order is being fully processed.

Product Exchange

- Product exchange via receipt within 14 days only. Cash refund will be given as per applicable laws, for purchase amounts over the specified threshold, cash refund will be given according to the payment method used by the customer. For cancellation of a transaction, a restocking fee may apply as stated.

- The credit is personal and cannot be transferred or sold.

- Product exchange at its value at the time of exchange.

Order Cancellation

1. In general, the customer may cancel the transaction subject to and in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Purchase of a product can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Cancellation will be done only by written notice sent by fax or email directly to the store.

3. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the customer may be charged a restocking fee as permitted by applicable laws.

4. If the product has been supplied to the customer, the customer is obligated to return the product to the store itself. It is agreed that the customer will return the product in its original packaging, complete and without any damage or defect of any kind.

5. It is agreed that the customer will be charged the applicable shipping costs if the product has already been shipped to the customer.

6. The store may cancel a transaction or sale, in whole or in part, in the following cases:

6.1 An error occurred, whether in the product price or product description. 

6.2 In case of force majeure events that would prevent the proper continuation of the sale.

7. Notice of cancellation of the sale will be given to customers by available methods of communication.

8. If a product runs out of stock after an order has been placed, the store reserves the right to cancel the sale and/or offer an equivalent alternative product. Notice of such cancellation will be provided.

Product Delivery

1. The store will ensure delivery of the ordered product to the address provided by the customer, within the period specified on the product's sales page, unless explicitly stated otherwise and after approval of the transaction.

2. The store and/or suppliers will not be responsible for any delay in delivering the product in cases of force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, strikes, etc.

3. The delivery times of the products and/or services as indicated include only business days as applicable in the delivery region.  

Shipping Fees

1. Shipping fees are included in the product price for standard shipping options. If the customer wishes to upgrade the shipping type, the additional cost will be shown and this amount will be added to the final payment.

2. In installment sales, the store and/or supplier may charge the shipping fees in the first payment.

3. The customer may opt to collect the product directly from the store, subject to the availability of this option.

4. It is agreed that if the customer collects the product, no shipping fees will be charged.

Customer Service

Any question or inquiry regarding the products displayed on the site, including information on proper product use, and details and inquiries regarding the store and its operations, can be addressed to the provided customer service channels.

General

1. The images displayed on the site are for illustration purposes only and are not binding on the store.  

2. The store and associated parties will not be liable for any damages caused to the user or any third party as a result of using the site.

3. The store will not be responsible for the assembly or installation of products purchased unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

4. Any intellectual property displayed on the site is the exclusive property of the store or its licensors.

5. Do not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the content appearing on the site, unless explicitly permitted.
